2009 SILENT AUCTION DONOR COMMITMENT FORM

 

 

Our mission is to provide emergency overnight shelter and assist homeless people of west suburban Cook County to become self-sufficient.

Harvest Moon Night, an event to benefit BEDS PLUS, will be held Saturday, October 24, 2009 from 7 PM to midnight at Arabian Knights Farm, 6526 Clarendon Hills Road, Willowbrook, IL. With your help this year’s event promises to be an  extraordinary affair;  food, wine, dancing, live entertainment, silent auction, and fun surprises.

On behalf of BEDS PLUS, Inc. and the Harvest Moon Night 2009, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your generous donation. To ensure your donation is properly described and recognized in the event program please take a moment and complete the following auction/prize donation form and return it to us on or before September 30, 2009.

You must submit by September 30, 2009 to be listed in the program.

TERMS: Once donated, all items become the property of BEDS PLUS, Inc. Gift certificates and travel-related vouchers must be good for a minimum of one year from the date of auction (October 2009). Donor's failure to meet printed deadlines may result in limited publicity. BEDS PLUS, Inc. reserves the right to group items from various donors into bid packages. The stated value/availability of the donated item is the sole responsibility of the donor.
